Toyota Amphitheatre is a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to the guest services booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free). 

We kindly ask that you leave the camping gear at home and refrain from overnight parking. 

No tailgating is allowed here at Toyota Amphitheatre. Save the party for inside! 

Toyota Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol - guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase. 

We're proud to be a cashless venue. We offer multiple kiosks and customer service reps to assist in placing your cash onto a card to use for purchases at this venue. There is no fee, and you can use the card anywhere after the show. 

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist. Policy may change on a show by show basis. 

SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in.  

You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy and read our website for a list of what you can and cannot bring. 

In the event of an emergency while on site, our trained paramedics are ready to leap into action for any medical needs, with first aid stationed at Gate D. Just flag down any staff member with a radio, and we'll get you sorted. Plus, our local law enforcement heroes are always on standby, ensuring your safety every step of the way. 

Toyota Amphitheatre has lawn chairs available for rental for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click here. 

The venue has a variety of delicious food and beverage options available for purchase.  Please note that items and pricing are subject to change from event to event.  

The Toyota Amphitheatre Box Office opens at 12pm on concert days. During the concert season, the box office is also open for general hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am – 2pm.

Off-season: on weeks when new shows go on sale, the Box Office will be open on Wednesday from 10am – 2pm.

All of our events are all ages unless stated otherwise on the event ticketing page. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.

You can usually roll up 60-120 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

Will call tickets can be picked up at the box office, located between the main entry gates.

A photo ID matching the purchaser’s name is required.

Need to make a name change? Contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000. 

Guests cannot leave tickets for others at will call.

If you're expecting tickets or passes (meet & greets, backstage, press, or from the tour/promoter), they’ll be at the box office, usually available once doors open. If they're not there, please contact your point of connection directly, as the box office cannot reach tour personnel.

What's mobile entry?

Your phone is your ticket! Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app.

Cancelations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancelation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Re-entry is not permitted at Toyota Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

While we don't offer group ticket sales, our Premium Seating Department is here for your rockstar experience. Give them a shout at (925) 692-2408 to score VIP boxes, suites, and clubs that can handle larger-than-life parties. Let's make it a night to remember! 

Parking lots typically open an hour before the scheduled gate time. If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase a parking pass. General parking will be $20 per vehicle (plus tax) online in advance and $25 on the event day. To reserve a parking space in advance, click here. 

Heading to the show with a ride? Use our designated Drop-Off Zone located outside the South Gate near the Uber Lot for easy access. Just let our parking pros know you’re dropping off, and they’ll guide you right in.

No hanging out in your car during the show, drop off your crew, then head out and swing back about 45 minutes before the show ends to pick them up and rejoin the fun.

Missed the window? No worries, we’ll let you in as soon as the crowd clears.

Please follow directions from traffic staff, they’re there to keep things moving smoothly.

While there aren't any local transit options directly to Toyota Amphitheatre, carpooling with friends is always a blast.

Are you the responsible fan tonight? Toyota is providing free fountain sodas to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit the Guest Services booth on the day of show for more information.

Accessible parking is located in A Lot directly in front of the box office. You can enter through our South Gate entrance, accessible parking is located in the paved parking lot in front of our Box Office located right next to our front gates.

To park in an accessible parking space, you will need a valid, state-issued accessible placard or license plate and a venue parking pass. Parking passes can be purchased online via Ticketmaster in advance or on the day of the show with a credit card when you arrive at the parking lots. General parking will be $20 per vehicle (plus tax) online in advance and $25 on the event day. To use an accessible space, your vehicle must display a valid, state-issued accessible placard or license plate, and the person to whom the placard or plate is issued must be in the vehicle. Accessible parking areas are actively monitored, and credentials may be subject to inspection to prevent misuse. All applicable state and local laws apply. Misuse of an accessible space may result in citation, fines, or relocation. Accessible spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our parking crew will work to accommodate you if all accessible spaces are full. Toyota Amphitheatre honors any state-issued accessible parking placard for a vehicle that fits in a 9’ x 18’ parking space without impeding the people on either side of your vehicle. Oversized vehicles (e.g. stretch limos, RVs, buses, etc.) with a disabled parking placard will not be allowed to park in an accessible parking space.
