Ticketing Policies
The Toyota Amphitheatre Box Office opens at 12pm on concert days. During the concert season, the box office is also open for general hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am – 2pm.
Off-season: on weeks when new shows go on sale, the Box Office will be open on Wednesday from 10am – 2pm.

All of our events are all ages unless stated otherwise on the event ticketing page. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
You can usually roll up 60-120 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.
Will call tickets can be picked up at the box office, located between the main entry gates.
A photo ID matching the purchaser’s name is required.
Need to make a name change? Contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000.
Guests cannot leave tickets for others at will call.
If you're expecting tickets or passes (meet & greets, backstage, press, or from the tour/promoter), they’ll be at the box office, usually available once doors open. If they're not there, please contact your point of connection directly, as the box office cannot reach tour personnel.
What's mobile entry?
Your phone is your ticket! Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app.
Cancelations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancelation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Re-entry is not permitted at Toyota Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
While we don't offer group ticket sales, our Premium Seating Department is here for your rockstar experience. Give them a shout at (925) 692-2408 to score VIP boxes, suites, and clubs that can handle larger-than-life parties. Let's make it a night to remember!
Parking & Transportation
Parking lots typically open an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want a shorter walk to the venue, an easier exit or oversized parking, check out our Premier Parking options.
Heading to the show with a ride? Use our designated Drop-Off Zone located outside the South Gate near the Uber Lot for easy access. Just let our parking pros know you’re dropping off, and they’ll guide you right in.
No hanging out in your car during the show, drop off your crew, then head out and swing back about 45 minutes before the show ends to pick them up and rejoin the fun.
Missed the window? No worries, we’ll let you in as soon as the crowd clears.
Please follow directions from traffic staff, they’re there to keep things moving smoothly.
While there aren't any local transit options directly to Toyota Amphitheatre, carpooling with friends is always a blast.

Accessibility Policies

Accessible parking is located in A Lot directly in front of the box office. You can enter through our South Gate entrance, accessible parking is located in the paved parking lot in front of our Box Office located right next to our front gates. Upon arrival on event day, inform staff you need accessible parking. A visible state-issued plate or placard is required to use an accessible parking spot. Accessible parking is subject to availability and first-come, first-served. Toyota Amphitheatre honors any state-issued accessible parking placard for a vehicle that fits in a 9’ x 18’ parking space without impeding the people on either side of your vehicle. Oversized vehicles (e.g. stretch limos, RVs, buses, etc.) with a disabled parking placard will not be allowed to park in an accessible parking space. To ensure you can park as close as possible, we recommend arriving when the parking gates open.
If you wish to drop off a member of your party, please drop them off at the main entrance.
