We've got a diverse selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase to keep the party going. Remember, no BYOB - but don't worry, we've got you covered! Just make sure to bring your valid ID.
While we don't offer All Access or Backstage Passes, you can still live it up with our incredible VIP packages available on www.livenation.com. Please note, our venue box office doesn't sell these passes, so head online to get your VIP status!
We roll with a 'no pets' policy. However, we're all about accessibility! Guests with disabilities who rely on service animals are more than welcome. Just ensure your service dog is harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless it interferes with their important work.
Our policy is consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defining “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.
We're proud to be a cashless venue. We offer multiple kiosks and customer service reps to assist in placing your cash onto a card to use for purchases at this venue. There is no fee, and you can use the card anywhere after the show.
If you need help with your vehicle, reach out to your usual emergency assistance provider. While we don't offer tow or lockout services on-site, emergency assistance vehicles are welcome to swoop in and save the day.

While we love your enthusiasm, please keep signs no larger than a standard sheet of paper.
Snap away with your camera phones, disposable cameras, or pocket-sized digital cameras - they're all welcome here. However, any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in.
We know you want to keep the party going, but we don't allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
Rain or shine, we're ready to rock! Cancellations only happen in the wildest of weather, artist no-shows, or rare 'act of God' moments. If the show can't go on, don't worry - local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Keep your phone close, it's your ticket to the ultimate concert experience! Most of our tickets are all digital, so make sure they're downloaded to your phone before you arrive!

Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

Swing by our guest services area, conveniently located inside our Main Entrance to the left of the water fountain. Our friendly team is here to help.
Sending some love to your favorite artist? While we can't guarantee they'll get your fan mail, we'll do our best to make it happen! Just drop off your package or letter at the venue, and we'll make sure it finds its way to the right hands. For the best chance of delivery, though, we recommend sending your goodies directly to the artist's designated address.

Timing is everything, so let's sync up! Our parking lots typically open up 1 to 1.5 hours before showtime, with gate times usually kicking off 1.5 hours before the main event. Please stick to the designated times, as early birds will be turned away until the party officially starts.

Here's the lowdown on what's in and what's out:
Allowed: Clear bags, cameras (nonprofessional only), food and water (in clear bags or factory sealed bottles), small umbrellas, blankets/towels.
Not Allowed: Weapons, alcohol, drugs/substances, glass/metal containers, large coolers, oversized bags/backpacks, laser pointers, animals (except service animals), fireworks.
Items ALLOWED to be brought into the venue
- Clear bags no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" and a small clutch no larger than 6" x 9"
- Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
- Food – in a clear, 1-gallon ziplock bag

Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall which can be rented at stations on both sides of the Sierra side plaza, they're the perfect way to soak in the vibes. Just a heads up - no BYO, but you can always pre-purchase online, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental" for the ultimate concert comfort!
It's all about first come, first serve! While your ticket might show a row or seat number, there are no assigned seats on the lawn. So find your perfect patch of grass, and get ready to rock out!
Report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster ASAP. If you need a reprint during the event, swing by the box office and we'll get you sorted for a small fee.
We've got a dedicated team on the case! Swing by Guest Services near the merchandise tent in the plaza during the event, or give our venue reception a shout Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at (530) 743-5200. Our lost and found goodies hang around for 30 days before finding new homes with local charities, so don't wait too long to reclaim your items.

Accessible parking is available through our South Entrance Gate - just make sure your placard's visible. Want to upgrade your parking game? Premier Parking's the way to go! Snag your spot online and save some cash while you're at it. And for our oversized vehicle crew, limited RV spaces are up for grabs at the back of Lot A - just remember, no overnight stays allowed!
No overnight parking allowed. Any vehicles hanging around unauthorized before or after an event will be hitting the road - and not by choice.
Keep calm and let our law enforcement heroes handle it! They're on-site for every event, keeping the peace and making sure traffic flows. And remember, they're the only ones carrying on our property - we're all about safety first!

Keep it legit! Scalping or reselling tickets is a no-go. Any guests caught trying to flip tickets on site will be handed over to local law enforcement.
